ABOUT VERSIONING
Each substantial addition to the specification is published as a new version rather than as a silent edit to an existing version. Corrections that apply to the protocol as a whole, such as adjustments to the Epoch Roadmap, are propagated across all published versions so that no version describes a schedule the network is no longer following.
